Role Description
This is a role for a Shift Manager at Rita’s Italian Ice located in Northfield, NJ. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, lead and support a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining store cleanliness, make Italian ice to perfection!
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or retail management (Preferred)
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexibility with work hours, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with inventory control
