We are looking for a Social Media / Marketing Assistant. This position will have specific duties with room to grow.
Qualifications:
- Be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Have good professional/creative writing skills.
- Be familiar with CapCut and Adobe Premiere
- Understand social media analytics
- Have a basic understanding of how the social media algorithms work.
- Have ACTUAL social media management experience (not just their personal social accounts)
- Be able to identify social media trends and opportunities
- Have some videography experience (know how to frame a shot and how to work a camera)
- Manage a regular posting schedule.
- Create content to increase followership.
- Good communication skills
- Good with Time Management
- Work well with others
