Stating Wage : $18-$26 / hour

Join the RITALKA Human Resources team as an HR Summer Intern! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in areas of recruiting, onboarding, training, system maintenance and compliance. This position is a generalist role which will provide experience with a wide variety of Human Resource functions.
What will you do as an HR Intern?
- Recruitment - Assist with posting positions online and scheduling interviews for managers.
- Onboarding - Preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation, prepares hiring packet for new employees, and gathering new hire forms.
- Training - Assist with scheduling and attendance.
- System Maintenance - Run routine and ad hoc reports to ensure data accuracy and to assist management as needed.
- Compliance - Assist with audits and data review to ensure compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
- Assist in the organization and set-up of company recreation activities.
- Assist and / or lead HR-focused projects as needed.
