Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Applications: Accurately apply customer payments to open invoices, ensuring payments are properly matched and applied to the correct accounts.
- Payment Reconciliation: Reconcile cash receipts and assist with identifying any discrepancies or unapplied payments.
- Account Maintenance: Update and maintain customer account records, ensuring all transactions are correctly documented.
- Clerical Support: Provide general accounting support, including filing, data entry, and processing paperwork.
- Invoice Management: Assist with generating and reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing reports related to cash applications and account balances.

Preferred Qualifications:
