Job Description
- Ensures quality standards are met with Insurance provider (State Farm etc.) Service Level Agreements (SLA's). Responsible for warranting check-in details are correct and completed timely; image quality is to standards; physically inspect the vehicle for wash quality and that all personal documents have been removed and placed in the agreed location. Focus on all provider "Quality Assurance" is executed to prevent extra work though SMRT reporting from Insurance provider (State Farm etc.) and guarantees maintaining exceptional confidence of the customer / provider. Confirms that the provider vehicles are ready for sale and that all inventory is checked on regular / cyclical basis for quality assurance to protect the provider assets.
