Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to join our Eastern New York sales team. As a front-line sales professional, you will be directly responsible for driving significant transactional value while building strong customer relationships. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will proactively prospect, cold call, and manage existing accounts to expand our market presence.

  • Sales & Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts
  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Understand customer needs and deliver tailored multi-channel solutions through presentations and consultations
  • Territory Growth: Develop and maintain a territory playbook, actively managing leads and opportunities using CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Deal Execution: Partner with internal teams to negotiate and close deals that drive value for customers
  • Travel Requirements: Minimal Responsibilities

    Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of field sales experience with a proven track record of business development and exceeding quotas
  • Cold calling experience is a must
  • Experience in heavy equipment, transportation or construction sales is a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competitive mindset with high integrity and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently from a home office and on the road
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required What We Offer
