Project Manager/Scrum Master II

We are currently seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master II based in our Corporate Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI.
The Project Manager/Scrum Master (PM/SM) II is responsible for successfully delivering multiple projects concurrently with an agile mindset. The PM/SM leads and coordinates a project team’s overall performance while delivering the project’s scope on time and on budget. This position resides within Rite Hite’s IT Project Management Office (PMO).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Contribute to implementing, anchoring, and enhancing IT PMO’s new agile-based project management framework
- Execute projects utilizing IT PMO’s agile-based project management framework and standards
- Utilize Agile software development techniques, such as Scrum and Kanban, also Waterfall and hybrid techniques when deemed appropriate
- Manage project’s overall scope, timeline, budget, resources, communications, risks, issues, key performance indicators, and change management (both project and business)
- Manage multiple projects concurrently
- Provide transparent and accessible tracking and reporting on project’s status and progress
- Build strong IT and Business partnerships
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or project management field from an accredited 4-year university
- 10 years’ experience in manufacturing environment
- 10 years’ experience successfully delivering key multidisciplinary business projects with multiple teams located domestically and abroad
- 5 years’ experience in Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies
- 5 years’ experience in Waterfall project methodology
- 5 years’ experience delivering IT projects for EnterpriseOne(JDE) ERP and Salesforce
- 3 years’ experience managing projects with Smartsheet software as a service (SaaS)
- Project Management and Agile certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) but not limited to, are strongly preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong Leadership skills and ability to influence and lead while driving projects to delivery
