Perform mammography exams as per the prescribed standards.Ensure patient comfort and safety during the procedures.Work with radiologists to evaluate images and determine the necessity of further assessments.Maintain and manage mammography equipment, reporting any malfunctions or inconsistencies.Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations concerning radiological procedures.Provide education and support to patients regarding mammography processes.Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.Qualifications :
Valid New York State license as a Radiologic Technologist, with a specialization in Mammography.2 years of proven experience as a Mammography Technologist.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach to care.Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Benefits :
