About the Role :
As a Mammography Technologist you will play a crucial role in our radiology department providing expert mammography care to our patients. You will work closely with radiologists doctors and the nursing team contributing significantly to our patients diagnostic care plans. Your expertise and attention to detail will be vital in ensuring accurate and effective mammography services.

Schedule : FullTime
Salary : $45 / hr
Key Responsibilities : This list highlights primary duties but is not exhaustive.
Perform mammography exams as per the prescribed standards.
Ensure patient comfort and safety during the procedures.
Work with radiologists to evaluate images and determine the necessity of further assessments.
Maintain and manage mammography equipment reporting any malfunctions or inconsistencies.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations concerning radiological procedures.
Provide education and support to patients regarding mammography processes.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications :
Valid New York State license as a Radiologic Technologist with a specialization in Mammography.
2 years of proven experience as a Mammography Technologist.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patientfocused approach to care.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
