Pearl Haven is a specialized facility on the north shore of Oahu that provides trauma informed therapeutic services for girls ages 11-17 who have experienced complex trauma or are diagnosed with serious emotional and behavioral disturbances to try and help them heal from their trauma.
Pay: starting at $25/hour

What you will do: As the Kitchen Manager you will ensure that healthy and tasty food is prepared in accordance with all Federal, State, Local and National School Lunch and Breakfast Program requirements. Overseeing the performance of cooks, performing periodic audits in accordance to laws and health department requirements. Maintaining daily and monthly logs of supplies, materials and equipment to ensure all items are accounted for and in good working condition.
To be considered you should: At least 2-5 years of experience in culinary or food service. Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants should be at least 21 years of age. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test. Applicants should be empathetic, patient and have a desire to work with troubled teens.
Information regarding Schedule: The Kitchen Manager will work a Monday through Friday schedule, unless providing coverage for their other staff, as needed.
