Uta Halee Academy (UHA) is a female-specific, residential program that offers young women opportunities to build productive and meaningful futures for themselves and their communities. Through rigorous education, positive skill development, and individualized therapeutic interventions and treatment, we empower youth to reach their full potential. The facility features residential student dormitories, on-site schooling, a dining hall, and extracurricular opportunities for the students. Pay : Starting pay is $54,000 ($500 sign-on bonus at 3 months of employment)

What you will do : As Shift Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for the daily management and supervisory control of Group Living. Shift Supervisors ensure ROP programs are being implemented in accordance with ROP policies and procedures and Federal, State and Local licensing requirements and supervise Unit Managers and other staff as appropriate.
To be considered you should : Be at least 21 years of age ~ Bachelor’s degree ~ three to five years of experience in a residential treatment facility / setting~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
Schedule : B shift with a schedule of 3.5 / days on and 3.5 days off (B Shift is Wednesday 2 pm-10 pm with a 1-hour break & Thursday-Saturday 8 am-10 pm with 2-hour break).
