Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team at Riterug, a leader in the flooring industry. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales market for Nashville, lead a team of sales representatives, and drive revenue growth by building and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the flooring market.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and market share objectives.Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure performance and target achievement.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and customer segments.Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and productivity.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.Collaborate with Nashville operations teams to align sales strategies with operational support.Partner with Nashville Market Manager and Regional VP to ensure operational structure is in line and working hand in hand with current sales strategies as an effort to support the sales team, current customer base and growth along with future growth opportunities.Collaborate with National Accounts teams to execute local sales initiatives and new customer rollouts.Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
Qualifications:Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree, preferredProven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the flooring or construction industry.Strong understanding of flooring products, materials, and installation processes.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive team success.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and sales performance analytics.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Self - Motivated and ReliableAble to effectively communicate with clients, internal staff, and subcontractors.Comfortability in public speaking and social engagementsValid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
