Property Management - Installation manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
Management of all flooring installations through the New Construction and Commercial Divisions
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Manage installations from beginning to end, keeping in close contact with the scheduling department, sub-contractors, sales team, field supervisors and customers
• Manage daily installation schedules to ensure customer’s production schedules are met
• Troubleshoot any installation and/or flooring issues to determine the best solution for the customer
• Work closely with the sales team to understand the customer’s needs and upcoming projects
• Recruit and develop sub-contractors as needed
• Responsible for approving sub-contractor labor
• Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
The incumbent must:
1. Have earned a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
2. Have one year of sales experience. Experience in the Flooring Industry or Construction is a plus.
3. Must have exceptional customer services skills
4. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required
5. Be able to lift at least 25 pounds
6. Be able to work independently and problem solve.
7. Display a sense of urgency in order to address and satisfy customer issues
