Property Management - Installation manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
Management of all flooring installations through the New Construction and Commercial Divisions
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manage installations from beginning to end, keeping in close contact with the scheduling department, sub-contractors, sales team, field supervisors and customers
Manage daily installation schedules to ensure customer’s production schedules are met
Troubleshoot any installation and/or flooring issues to determine the best solution for the customer
Work closely with the sales team to understand the customer’s needs and upcoming projects
Recruit and develop sub-contractors as needed
Responsible for approving sub-contractor labor
Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
The incumbent must:
- Have earned a minimum of an Associate’s Degree.
- Have one year of sales experience. Experience in the Flooring Industry or Construction is a plus.
- Must have exceptional customer services skills
- Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required
- Be able to lift at least 25 pounds
- Be able to work independently and problem solve.
- Display a sense of urgency in order to address and satisfy customer issues
