We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to be a part of our sales team enhancing customer relationships. Responsibilities
- Implement and execute corporate marketing strategies to enhance business development efforts.
- Create all sales and marketing materials including brochures, sales sheets, master price sheets and business cards in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Generate and roll out marketing and social media accounts including Website, Facebook and Instagram in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Strategic Project Manager for all events, includes all planning and coordination.
- Organize and produce Import/Export documentation, as necessary, shepherd samples to customers.
- Interface with corporate marketing team for periodical ad placements.
- Provide weekly sales forecast updates.
- Generate sales team customer communications, as necessary.
- Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and communication.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales project coordinator or a similar role, with a strong understanding of the sales process.
- Strong customer service orientation, ensuring client needs are met promptly.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- A background in business development or telemarketing is highly desirable.
