We are seeking motivated, results-driven individuals to join our team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Build and cultivate relationships with customers and carriers to move freight.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new and existing customers through daily solicitation, including cold calling, email, social media, referrals, and other networking opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any concerns.
- Create innovative solutions for customers using our portfolio of services.
- Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to stay informed and identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and upper management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Use our suite of supply chain services to meet customer needs.
- Serve as the primary contact between customers, carriers, shippers, and receivers.
Experience
- Proven track record of success in sales (even without industry experience).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Conflict resolution skills with a proactive approach to preventing future issues.
- Strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and effective negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
