What You’ll Do:
- Build and foster strong relationships with clients and carriers to secure and move heavy haul freight.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities through daily outreach, including cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and providing exceptional service post-sale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Research market trends, competitors, and industry advancements to provide clients with the best solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving issues proactively.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of freight brokerage experience or 1-2 years heavy haul experience
- Proven track record of success in sales is required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- A proactive and self-motivated mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and a problem-solving approach to challenges.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills and CRM tools.
