In this position, you will:
- Use outbound prospecting tactics and inbound lead qualification techniques to connect with potential customers within local markets
- Internal advancement opportunities, as earned
- No cold calling- just generating leads and engaging with potential customers!
- Engage in team building and mentorship initiatives
- Participate in local team events
- High Compensation Earnings for every lead generated- Bonus Structure
- Working in a fun collaborative team environment
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (internships and entry-level experience welcome)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively across teams in addressing customer needs
- A self-starter attitude and driven to exceed goals
- A collaborative mindset and desire to learn from others
- Open to traveling within the local market as needed
