About the Role
In this position, you will:
Use outbound prospecting tactics and inbound lead qualification techniques to connect with potential customers within local markets
Internal advancement opportunities, as earned
No cold calling- just generating leads and engaging with potential customers!
Engage in team building and mentorship initiatives
Participate in local team events
High Compensation Earnings for every lead generated- Bonus Structure
Working in a fun collaborative team environment
Key Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (internships and entry-level experience welcome)
Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively across teams in addressing customer needs
A self-starter attitude and driven to exceed goals
A collaborative mindset and desire to learn from others
Open to traveling within the local market as needed
