ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT JOB DESCRIPTION
Rittenhouse Electric Supply Co LLC, in Ardmore, Pennsylvania, is looking for a full-time accounts payable/administrative support specialist to join their growing team. This is an in-person role with a third-generation family-owned business that specializes in electrical supplies and has a decorative lighting showroom. The business has a philosophy of “customer services comes first” and a workplace culture of a team and family environment. Compensation is based on the candidate’s experience.
· Primary List of Responsibilities:
o Receive, review, and process invoices promptly and efficiently
o Accurately enter invoice details in the accounting system, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information
o Manage vendor accounts, including communications regarding payment inquiries, discrepancies, and account reconciliations
o Coordinate with purchasing and receiving departments to obtain supporting documentation and reconcile any discrepancies
o Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them as required
o Will be cross trained in accounts receivable to assist when needed
o Other ad-hoc projects as needed
