Position: CMDB Engineer with ServiceNow Location: Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL(Hybrid) Need Only W2 Candidates
Job Description: Must have skills:-
Systems Engineer / Systems Architect (or CMDB Engineer or ServiceNow Engineer with strong CMDB) 2 years of ServiceNow,
CMDB- 5 YEARS, Associate Principal level
Must have strong modeling with CMDB
Experience with ServiceNow
Understanding capabilities, business applications, services, products, software packages, and their functionality in the ITIL model
Comprehension of and the ability to communicate and implement the ITIL CMDB model
Comprehension and experience with application and implementation of the following: ServiceNow CSDM model, ServiceNow Discovery, ServiceNow Service Mapping of internal and external products, Service Portfolio Management, and Application Portfolio Management
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders to ensure an effective CMDB that adheres to governance standards
Broad general knowledge of IT infrastructure topology including typical product, application, server, and networking configurations
