A prestigious law firm is seeking a 3 8-year associate attorney to join their Connecticut office. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in both Connecticut and New York, with a strong preference for experience in employment law. This is an in-person position based in Southbury, CT.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in employment law matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related contracts and documents.
- Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.
- Represent clients in employment litigation and dispute resolution.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client matters.
Requirements:
- Admitted to practice law in Connecticut and New York.
- 3-8 years of legal experience, with a preference for employment law.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
