Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)

Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)

• 1 x 24-hour shift (12 hours in unit, 12 hours on call in on-call room)
• 2 x 8-hour shifts

Salary Range: USD $131,600 – $160,280 per year (plus bonus, extra hours pay, and weekend shift differential)
Additional Compensation:

Job Description:
Join a dedicated team of Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) Honolulu, Hawaii, serving our most fragile patients and their families. This is a full-time, exempt position offering a rewarding opportunity to work in a Level 3 NICU. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a neonatal nurse practitioner and a current NNP license. You will provide high-quality care for neonates in need of intensive care, collaborate with physicians and other NPs, and provide critical support to families during challenging times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Care for neonates in the Level 3 NICU unit
• Handle one 24-hour shift per week (12 hours in the unit, 12 hours on call) and two 8-hour shifts
• Provide compassionate care, supporting families and working closely with other healthcare professionals

Minimum Qualifications:

• Licensed Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an NNP
• Ability to work overnight shifts and provide on-call care
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience working with micro-premature infants
• Locally based in Honolulu or willing to relocate
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
