Our company is seeking a UI / UX Designer who is knowledgeable and passionate about creating prototypes and mockups for websites and other digital products. You will be in charge of creating user flows as well as troubleshooting problems with designs and user interfaces. You will need to be a fast learner as well as someone who is good with collaborating with others.

UI / UX Designer Responsibilities

Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
Creating original graphic designs
Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems on new and existing client digital products
Collaborating effectively with the web development team
Incorporating client feedback, usage metrics from heatmap tools, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

UI / UX Designer Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good problem-solving skills and a critical thinker

Knowledge of modern UX and UI principles

Strong knowledge of Adobe design tools

Strong knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools and software

Basic knowledge of WordPress is preferred but not required (we’ll teach you)

Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS is preferred but not required (we’ll teach you)

Ability to take feedback and incorporate it into future designs

Intellectual curiosity to learn new skills
