We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Teacher to join our team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education and childhood development.
- Educate children through play-based learning, hands-on activities, and structured lessons.
- Provide attentive toddler care, ensuring the safety and well-being of each child at all times.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to guide children in developing social skills and emotional regulation.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.
- Collaborate with other staff members to plan events, activities, and curriculum enhancements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom space.
Skills
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is essential.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development milestones.
- Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues.
