OVERVIEW
A professional, high-energy, process and data-driven company, River City Roofing Company is recruiting an experienced roofing Production Manager in Peoria, IL to serve the greater central IL area storm restoration industry. We are looking for meticulous professionals that can hit the ground running with little-to-no training and have the ability to support our sales and production teams almost immediately.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 5 years of experience in roofing or construction as a supervisor, production manager, operations specialist, or operations manager. You will be responsible for managing the Production Department which includes tracking current and upcoming jobs, ordering, delivering, and returning materials from suppliers, recruiting new production teams members, negotiating with sub-contractors, and supporting the customer job tracking process. Must provide a resume with relevant experience and verifiable projects completed on time with a satisfied customer.
- Strong technical and communication skills, including email and document management organization within a CRM.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to manage a large team with multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations.
- Ability to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and customers.
- Computer skills for different technology platforms.
- Ability to lift/move roofing materials of various weights.
- High school Diploma/GED, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- Military and/or law enforcement experience is welcome!
- Valid driver's license.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise total roof construction project to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, schedule, laws, code, and best practices.
- Material management: ordering, scheduling, delivery, returns.
- Oversee the submission of pre, during, and post job photos for record keeping and CRM.
- Effective communication between customers, sales team, other contractors, etc.
- Enforcement of on-site safety programs to maintain a safe job site.
- Schedule and coordination of subcontractors to ensure overall contractual performance. Contract negotiations with subcontractors. Ensure crews have current and appropriate insurance and can produce COI before starting jobs.
- Constantly update customers daily and update CRM.
- Provide technical assistance as needed to the department.
- Ensure all on-site personnel comply with project procedures, safety rules, company policies, etc.
- Document all violations and recommend/implement corrective actions as required.
- Manage production company production department with 10-25 employees.

COMPENSATION
- $90,000 Salary based on experience and skills.
LOCATION
Our corporate office is in Peoria, IL and we serve the greater Central IL areas, along with Florida, Iowa, and Missouri.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $61,916.00 per year
