Responsibilities
- Help maintain machines and facility needs for processing and handling needs
- Manage all direct and indirect production processes required
- Provide direction to ensure success in meeting required outputs and schedules
- Communicate priorities to manufacturing and support teams
- Maintain production and inventory records
- Maintain a positive, proactive labor environment
- Complete all day-to-day activities alongside team
- Liaison between management and workers
- Proficiently operate tractors, skid loaders, and other agricultural equipment
- Safely and carefully handle all product
- Safely maneuver transport trailers and delivery vehicles to and from the locations
- Ensure all material is stored according to specification
· Maintain yourself in a professional manner as outlined in company policies
- Employee must be able to work as a team member to complete daily goals
- Lift 50 lbs, is physically fit and able to do labor work for 8 hours daily
- Assure all specifications for each field’s harvest is met at the highest standard possible
- Communicate effectively with all team members
- Comply with company safety regulations
- Handle material carefully to assure a quality product
- Experience in similar position is a plus but not required
- Good work ethic is a must, ability to work independently and as a team member, proactive, self-motivated, hardworking and a desire to go above and beyond
- Willing to work outdoors
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Able to operate tractors, skid loaders, and other agricultural equipment
- General warehousing experience
- Valid Driver’s License with clean motor vehicle history
- CDL License is a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Pay Based on Experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
