- Assist electricians in residential, light commercial, and agricultural job sites.
- Perform general labor tasks to support smooth and efficient job site operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist electricians with the installation of electrical systems, wiring, and components.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Prepare job sites by digging trenches, setting up work areas, and organizing materials.
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision.
- Ensure safety standards are followed at all times.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools, workspaces, and vehicles.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior team members to complete assigned tasks.
Skills & Qualifications Needed to Win:
- Previous experience in general labor, construction, or electrical work preferred but not required.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions carefully.
- Basic knowledge of tools and willingness to train in electrical work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged standing, walking, and movement around job sites.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and in elevated areas.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to bend, kneel, and reach overhead frequently
