Head Swim Team Coach
Coopersburg, PA | Seasoanl Part Time, Hourly | $18 - $25 per hour

Passionate about coaching the lifesaving skill of swimming? We are looking for individuals, age 21 to serve as a Head Swim Coach. As a Head Swim Coach, you develop important skills such as communication, leadership and responsibility that will serve you for a lifetime!

What is needed for this job as our Head Swim Team Coach:
- 1 years experience coaching competitive swimming
- 1 years experience teaching swim lessons preferred
- 1 years experience managing staff preferred
- Ability to obtain Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (training provided)
- YMCA USA Coaching Certification (training provided)
- Bachelor's Degree in Youth Development, Physical Education, Sports Management, Psychology, or related fields preferred
The responsibilities we will trust you with as our Head Swim Team Coach:
- Oversee and develop age group swim teams while supporting the Association Director of Competitive Aquatics
- Coaches all levels and age groups of the competitive aquatics teams
- Design and implement practices and workout schedules
- Maintain communication with athletes and families
- Provide on and off deck leadership and enthusiasm to team members
