Participates in policy, procedure and process development as required or needed. Serves on various teams, including senior leadership and extended leadership. Coordinates and participates in project activities Directs, plans, trains, and supervisors the work of day and residential program staff. Knowledge of applicable federal, state and other regulatory guidelines for IDD. Knowledge of the following: agency policies, planning and performance standards/ outcomes, program evaluation. Able to work across cross functional boundaries to achieve desired organizational outcomes, example NADD accreditation and certifications.
