Responsibilities:
- Responsible operationally for Community Integration and Residential Supports.
- Participates in policy, procedure and process development as required or needed.
- Serves on various teams, including senior leadership and extended leadership.
- Coordinates and participates in project activities
- Directs, plans, trains, and supervisors the work of day and residential program staff.
- Knowledge of applicable federal, state and other regulatory guidelines for IDD.
- Knowledge of the following: agency policies, planning and performance standards/ outcomes, program evaluation.
- Able to work across cross functional boundaries to achieve desired organizational outcomes, example NADD accreditation and certifications. All other duties as assigned by CIIDO.
Qualifications needed (education and / or experience):
- Batchelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and four years of IDD relevant experience or.
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university and two years related experience. Eligible for NADD certification and expected to submit within 1 year of employment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 20 lbs.
Location/Schedule:
- 139 Woodfield Drive, Macon, GA
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and on call.
