We welcome mothers, pregnant women, and women primarily of childbearing age, offering a safe, substance-free environment that addresses their unique needs.   Position Overview: As a Group Facilitator at Lifespring, you will empower women on their recovery journey. This journey will consist of individual goals that will involve the family, group counseling, community support, vocational services, and developing parenting skills.   Location/Schedule: 5113 College Cross, Macon, GA – Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm   Key Responsibilities: Provide psychosocial support, counseling, education, and crisis management Facilitate group, individual, and family sessions Develop and deliver skills-based training and therapeutic interventions   Qualifications: Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (Required) Georgia licensure preferred: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT Also accepting LMSW, LAPC, LAMFT, and recent graduates   Additional Benefits: Flexible spending accounts Short and long-term disability coverage 11 Paid holidays Voluntary Life Insurance
