River Edge is seeking a Permanent Supportive Housing Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the permanent supportive housing program, ensuring that individuals experiencing homelessness receive stable housing by compiling with the financial responsibilities and program regulations.

Location/Schedule: 175 Emery Highway Macon, GA
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete Monthly reimbursements and run grant related reports and assists in the preparation and analysis of financial statues.
Closely manage the federal award (GHFAPSH, and Supportive Services) budget and coordinate detailed internal/external financial grant management activities.
Ability to work with financial accounting and reporting systems, and billing. This includes relevant software such as spreadsheets, Stampli, tradogram, ecivis.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, and the ability to perform complex analysis.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data sets and communicate findings.
Inputs appropriate information into Yardi Voyager system accurately.
Review leases, and sign for annual renewal.
Assist with inputting rent, and collection.
Monitor unit count for both Consolidated and Transfer.
Adhere to laws regarding confidentiality and reporting requirements; maintain knowledge of current HIPAA certification standards.
Monitor and report on rent collections, budgets, grant funds, program utilization and outcomes.
Input HMIS/ Client Track data and record management. (Rent collection)
Participate in monthly client case conference meetings, weekly supervision with the PSH Director and other meetings as required or necessary to carry out the job functions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment demonstrating strong organizational and follow-up skills along with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
Perform other related duties as required by the Program Director of PSH, and Team Lead.
You will need:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
Valid Driver's license with reliable transportation
Acceptable driving record
Acceptable background check/references
Must pass a drug screen.
At least 2 years of experience in behavioral health and/or social services delivery
Previous experience working with the homeless population preferred.
Microsoft Office Suite, municipal financial reporting, billing software systems, and have a basic understanding of computers and online computer-based technology applications, which includes accessing web-based platforms.
