Responsibilities:
Ensure tracking sheets are up to date on all individuals enrolled (bowel tracking sheets, “changes,” and whatever else is required).
Read ten (10) notes daily from the previous day’s documentation/checklist sheets.
Monitor all instructor books/index cards and ensure current ISP/HRST’s are filed.
Safety Officer – should attend all safety meetings and ensure safety drills are held and appropriate records kept.
Complete lunch sheets/reports and submit timely and as needed.
Conduct one group meeting weekly and document appropriately.
Provide transportation and supportive assistance as required or needed. Instructor 2 will take individuals to the Inspirational Leaders meeting and document CAG during their time of attendance.
Monitor office and cleaning supply and report shortages to the instructor 3’s as needed.
In the absence of the instructor 3, make any needed work schedule adjustments, cover for CAI’s, transportation, SEB, pre-vocational and/or CAG services, and attend any scheduled ISPs for individuals receiving services at OPTIONS.
Attending all supervisory meetings.
Adheres to/follows the DD point system.
Same day documentation. Any services provided will be required to have documentation submitted on the same day of service.
Conduct monthly drills and monthly charts audits.
Qualifications
A High School Diploma
C N A professional is not required but is helpful.
One year of Developmental Disabilities experience
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Provide 2 Professional references.
