Location: 530 Settlement Road, Gray, GA. Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure tracking sheets are up to date on all individuals enrolled (bowel tracking sheets, “changes,” and whatever else is required).
- Read ten (10) notes daily from the previous day’s documentation/checklist sheets.
- Monitor all instructor books/index cards and ensure current ISP/HRST’s are filed.
- Safety Officer – should attend all safety meetings and ensure safety drills are held and appropriate records kept.
- Complete lunch sheets/reports and submit timely and as needed.
- Conduct one group meeting weekly and document appropriately.
- Provide transportation and supportive assistance as required or needed. Instructor 2 will take individuals to the Inspirational Leaders meeting and document CAG during their time of attendance.
- Monitor office and cleaning supply and report shortages to the instructor 3’s as needed.
- In the absence of the instructor 3, make any needed work schedule adjustments, cover for CAI’s, transportation, SEB, pre-vocational and/or CAG services, and attend any scheduled ISPs for individuals receiving services at OPTIONS.
- Attending all supervisory meetings.
- Adheres to/follows the DD point system.
- Same day documentation. Any services provided will be required to have documentation submitted on the same day of service.
- Conduct monthly drills and monthly charts audits.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma
- C N A professional is not required but is helpful.
- One year of Developmental Disabilities experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Provide 2 Professional references.
- All applicants must pass a satisfactory background clearance and pre-employment drug test.
