Outpatient services include behavioral health, nursing, and psychiatric assessment, stabilization and medication maintenance services as well as crisis intervention services as well as awareness, education and recovery groups.
The Recovery Center is a residential alternative to or diversion from inpatient hospitalization. We offer 24-hour walk-in outpatient services, 23-hour observation unit, crisis residential psychiatric stabilization and medically monitored detoxification services.

Location/Schedule - 3575 Fulton Mill Road, Macon, Ga
36 hours – 3-12 hours shifts 7pm-7am or 7am-7pm and every other weekend.
Responsibilities:
The nurse manager is responsible for directing, organizing, and supervising the work of the nursing staff and coordinating nursing efforts to ensure that effective client care is being provided and that quality standards are met. Assess client health problems and needs.
Provide leadership and guidance to unit staff.
Ensure that staff are properly trained.
Address and personnel issues to promote a productive and supportive work environment.
Monitor client care for quality.
Apply evidence-based healthcare practices and behavioral health standards.
Review client and staff data to measure the effectiveness of client care.
Qualifications Needed (education and/or experience):
Must have active Georgia RN license
At least 5 years working as an RN with at least 1 year is a supervisory position
At least 2 years working on a behavioral health or related field
Must have good computer skills.
Communications skills and the ability to foster good relationships among others is a plus.
