A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTED LIVING ADMINISTRATOR
As an Assisted Living Administrator you arrive each day ready to help our direct care staff provide exceptional care to our residents. Overseeing the daily activities of the nursing, dietary, maintenance, and housekeeping departments, you provide leadership and hands-on support for the direct care staff, coordinate training, and support regulatory compliance. You help us meet the mental health and physical needs of our residents and help them live their best each day.
Thanks to your effective planning, your daily quality assurance measures, and the excellent leadership you provide to the care staff, our assisted living program continues to achieve excellent care outcomes. QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience as a supervisor/administrator is REQUIRED. Bachelor's degree (or higher) is preferred. Assisted Living Director License (LALD) is REQUIRED. Previous mental health experience is preferred, but not required. Do you have exceptional/demonstrable leadership skills and enjoy mentoring others? Are you organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks effectively? Would you like to help improve the quality of life for those with mental health challenges?
