A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE CORPORATE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY RELATIONS

As the Corporate Director of Community Relations , you will serve as the driving force behind our marketing and outreach initiatives across multiple communities. Your key responsibilities include :

Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase occupancy and brand visibility.

Building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations.

Overseeing digital and traditional marketing efforts , including social media, advertising, and event planning.

Providing strategic direction and support to community-based marketing teams to enhance local outreach efforts.

Leading community engagement initiatives that foster positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.

Analyzing market trends and adjusting strategies to align with industry demands.

Representing River Oaks at Columbia Heights at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Your leadership, creativity, and ability to cultivate meaningful connections will be instrumental in ensuring that River Oaks at Columbia Heights remains a trusted provider in the assisted living industry.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CORPORATE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY RELATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or community relations , preferably in assisted living, healthcare, or senior services

Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and implementing company-wide strategies

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategies, and public relations

Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive informed decision-making
