Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and physicians
Qualifications:
- Current LPN licensure in Oklahoma
- At least one year of experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care setting
