As an IOP Manager at River Place you will participate in the development and implementation of patients' treatment plan by:
- Developing and maintaining administrative and clinical operations that provide quality care and outcomes for the patients.
- Contributing to the planning and implementation of program goals, objectives, personnel, resources and equipment. Implementing the approved program plan objectives, timetables, expected outcome and measures for assigned areas of responsibility.
- Developing and implementing procedures to ensure efficient operations of the program; continually identify opportunities to improve program's efficiency; coordinate care delivery, work flow; oversee scheduling, registration, discharge and billing processes for the person(s) receiving services according to facility / clinic procedure.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans, develop and maintain and audit charts and records for person(s) receiving services.
- Serving as liaison and provides consultation with other staff on related issues, regulations, and standards pertaining to area of clinical specialty.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in Behavioral or Mental Health, Counseling, or Social Work required.
- 1-2 years’ experience working in an inpatient or outpatient mental healthcare setting highly preferred.
- One or more years’ supervisory experience required.
LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must hold a current and unencumbered license as a counselor or social worker in the state of Louisiana.
