Job Description
As a part of the Production Department and the campus team, the Production Lead oversees the sound, video and lighting needs of all services/events at the non-broadcast campus and ensures that they are executed with excellence.
Hours: This position is part-time, and is 16-24 hours per week.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The Production Lead is required to perform a range of duties including, but not limited to:
Individual will complete responsibilities in accordance with the church’s policies and applicable procedures as assigned. Ability to travel and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Any combination of education and training which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described with an emphasis on continual learning.
Experience
Successful candidate should have at least 2 years related experience.

Job Description
As a part of the Production Department and the campus team, the Production Lead oversees the sound, video and lighting needs of all services/events at the non-broadcast campus and ensures that they are executed with excellence.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The Production Lead is required to perform a range of duties including, but not limited to:
- Mixing Front-of-House for all campus services and events.
- Recruit and train volunteers to be able to mix at the same quality and consistency that can cover in the case of Production Lead’s absence. Expectation is to train a minimum of 1-2 volunteers in this capacity.
- Work directly with campus worship leader to ensure high quality for FOH and in-ear mixes.
- Coordinate all service/event production at the campus.
- Recruit/train/schedule lighting operators and media operators.
- Identify and implement any on-going training as necessary (software/hardware updates, procedural changes).
- Program lighting for every service/event.
- Collaborate with campus worship leader on lighting look/feel.
- Aggregate all media (slides, videos, etc.) for presentation at every campus service/event.
- Prepare stage for events (i.e. make sure that everything is setup, ready to go by call time).
- Manage and coordinate all video streaming technology at the campus.
- Attend weekly service planning meetings.
- Assist with any campus upgrades/updates/installs, as directed by the Production Director.
- Assist on any church-wide projects as coordinated by Production Director (conferences, new campus installs, etc.).
- Any other campus-specific responsibilities as identified by the Campus Pastor.

Qualifications
- Proficient in G- Suite
- Extremely proficient in audio mixing techniques and consoles (Midas, Yamaha, DiGiCo)
- Proficient in lighting programming (Hog)
- Proficient in Pro Presenter
- Proficient in AVL hardware and implementation
