Description
The Administrative Specialist is the first point of contact for all patrons and will perform various routine clerical duties to support the cooperative.
What you'll do:
- Promptly answer phone calls and greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
- Assist customers with questions regarding their account.
- Responsible for verifying and posting accounts receivable payments.
- Mailroom distribution.
- Manage conference room schedules and organize meals as requested.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Provide scale coverage at offsite locations, as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with special projects

Qualifications
What you'll bring:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office application
- Valid driver's license
Working Conditions:
May be exposed to dust, noise, heat, cold, ag chemicals and vapors, and moving machinery on occasion as part of this position.
