Job Description:
As the Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations at the Springfield Outpatient Clinic. This includes conducting clinical evaluations, providing direct care, and summarizing findings for the multidisciplinary case disposition team. You will also supervise staff, engage in research and quality assurance activities, and attend regular staff meetings.
Required Qualifications:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader with a strong clinical background. Our ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in human services or a related field, at least three years of experience as a therapist, and one year of supervisory experience. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and knowledge of legal and ethical issues in the profession.
