Your Role as LICSW Clinical Supervisor:
- Oversee clinical evaluations for clients of all ages and families
- Provide direct care to clients and families
- Summarize findings and treatment plans in accordance with RVCC standards and present to the multidisciplinary case disposition team
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions
- Supervise and support clinical staff, including regular supervision sessions
- Monitor staff performance to ensure adherence to clinical policies and procedures
- MEDIATE STAFF COMPLAINTS AND GRIEVANCES AND COLLABORATE WITH HR AS NEEDED
- Engage in research, program development, and quality assurance activities
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in client records and referral forms
- Provide crisis care when necessary
- Attend and conduct regular staff meetings
- Ensure timely completion of staff evaluations
Requirements
- A Master's degree in human services, counseling, clinical psychology, or social work
- At least three years of experience as a therapist, with at least one year of supervisory experience
- Current Massachusetts LICSW required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and crisis intervention skills
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of legal and ethical issues in the profession
- The ability to foster a supportive and collaborative team environment
