We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Rep / Merchandiser to service 2 locations. One is in Chapel Hill; the other is in West Cary. The ideal candidate can work independently and is initiative-taking. They pay attention to detail ensuring that products are displayed properly and that inventory levels are maintained.
This is a full-time salaried position.
Duties
Breaking down the delivery and getting the product to the shelf
Handling credits and damages
Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Maintain a clean and organized merchandising and back stock area.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of inventory control processes and techniques.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising execution.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Reliable transportation is necessary.
Salary : $46,800 - $54,000
