Summary:
River Valley Power & Sport - Marine is looking for an Entry Level Marketing Associate to join one of the Top 20 Marine Dealers in North America. The Marketing Associate will play a key role in Content Creation, Graphic Design, and Social Media Management, as well as providing high-level customer interaction and customer service. This position is a great opportunity for students and recent college grads who are looking to gain professional experience in a Marketing role and build experience on their resume.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take photos of our marine and powersport products and upload to the company website.
- Provide the highest level of customer support by answering inbound phone calls and emails.
- Greeting, welcoming and navigating visitors to the appropriate person/department.
- Design signage for campaigns and price signs for each product.
- Support Company Events such as boat shows, store level consumer events, open houses.
- Posting to social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Support and collaborate with a team of three marketing professionals.
- Film walkthrough videos on marine and powersport products.
- Create email, social, and digital campaigns.
- Conduct market research in our industry.
- Follow up with any missed calls or voicemails.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a University or Technical College with a degree in Marketing, Multimedia, or a similar field.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic
- A good eye for photography
Flexible Schedule: Up to 40 hours a week; part-time hours are also an option. Will be one of two employees covering front desk customer service duties during Store Hours. Store hours are M-F 8:30am – 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am – 3:00pm.
Work Location: In-office
Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 an hour.
