Role Description:
As a Marketing Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, leading project teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
• Project Planning and Strategy:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop clear goals and objectives for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to define project scope and deliverables.
• Team Coordination:
- Coordinate projects with the marketing team, including designers, writers, developers, and other specialists.
- Assign tasks and ensure team members understand their project responsibilities.
- Facilitate effective communication across departments.
• Timeline Management:
- Create schedules and deadlines for each phase of the project.
- Monitor progress and adjust timelines as needed.
- Ensure all milestones are met on time.
• Quality Control:
- Ensure all deliverables meet client standards and align with contract objectives.
- Review and approve marketing materials with the client before they are published or distributed.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
• Client & Vendor Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and external partners.
- Attend quarterly and project meetings (in-person, video, or phone conference).
- Provide regular updates on project status and progress and gather feedback.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze results of marketing campaigns and projects.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics.

Qualifications:
- Experience in professional client communication.
