Powersport Parts and Accessories Specialist

River Valley Power and Sport of Red Wing is looking for an experienced Powersport Parts & Accessories Specialist. We will also train the right individual with the sales experience necessary to be successful. Ideal Candidate is energetic, has an out-going personality to fit our culture of selling FUN outdoor on-road/offroad powersports product. 

We are a dealer for the best manufacturers in the industry: Can-Am, Honda, Polaris, Ryker, Ski-doo, Slingshot, Spyder, Suzuki, and Yamaha.

Job Summary:

*Be the primary powersports accessory salesperson for our customers who recently purchased product.

*Support the parts & accessories needs of our service teams.

*Provide cost estimates to potential customers (both in person and via our sales teams).

*Provide excellent communication and support to our team and customers.

*Assist in maintaining accurate parts inventory.

*Locate and order parts using our computer system and related systems for our vendors.

*Assist in ordering out of stock items.

*Assist with invoicing and payment processing of our in store customers.

*Assist in receiving and stocking inventory.

Job Requirements:
*Ideal candidate would have minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a service, parts, or front facing customer service role.

*Excellent communication skills.

*Has a passion for powersports products, professional experience at a dealership within industry/related industry is a plus.

*Basic mechanical knowledge or repair experience a plus.

*Enjoys sales and interacting with customers

*High School diploma required.

Related industries high encouraged to apply include agriculture, lawn and garden, automotive, small engine, motorcycle, powersport, RV and Campers.

Schedule:
5 day work week: Hours open (Monday thru Friday 8:30 - 6:00 pm, and Saturday 8:30am - 3pm). Hours may vary based on business needs.  

Compensation: $40,000 to $50,000 (inclusive of base salary and commission).
