PROGRAM COORDINATOR of AQUATICS AND WELLNESS PROGRAMS
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
The Wellness/Aquatic Coordinator works directly under their respective Director to coordinate, plan and facilitate health and fitness activities and programs the the Y. This position also involves responsibility for daily pool operations, including but not limited to the supervision and staffing of all swim instructors, scheduling swim lesson and general pool area cleanliness. This position may involve early morning, evening and weekend responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
- Lifeguard, CPR, AED, and First Aid Certification (can discuss obtaining these certifications with employment)
