Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home improvement, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their home improvement goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and present design solutions on company generated appointments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
